ORDER & DELIVERY

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
The average delivery time is 7-15 business days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Because of this unique business model we can make huge savings on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price than the competitor and take care of the shipping costs ourselves. If there is a delay or if it is a busy period, the delivery time can vary with 5-10 business days.

The expected delivery time is over, where is my order?

In 99% of the cases the orders will be delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

Haven't you received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time? Please contact us by mail, our team will be happy to help you!

I am missing some products with my order, how is that possible?

Because we work with different suppliers, it may be that products
are shipped separately from each other. If any items are missing from your order you will usually receive them after 2-3 days. So don't worry, your order will arrive! We apologize for the inconvenience.

What about the shipping costs?

ZALONIA believes that the customer never has to pay for the shipping costs. That's why we always take the shipping costs for our own account and you can order as much as you want without unexpected extra costs on the order page.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
I want to exchange or return a product, how does that work?

It is always possible that a product needs to be exchanged or returned. At

ZALONIA we believe that you are fully within your rights and that's why we don't bother for a second. However, there are a number of rules attached to it, so make sure you read them carefully.

TRACK & TRACE
The track and trace does not provide any information, how is this possible?

From the moment your parcel has arrived at the mail order company, the track and trace information is available. Keep in mind that there may be some delay between them.

Where can I find my track and trace code?

You can track your order by entering your order number and email address on our track and trace page. The order number can be found in the order confirmation you will receive from us immediately after placing your order.
