Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.


Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Please send the completed return form together with the invoice along with the shipment. If this form is not completely filled out, we will not be able to process the return request. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and provided with labels and tags. The product may not contain any traces of usage. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.


Refunds
As soon as the product is received in our warehouse it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially booked.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is booked.
If you have done all this and still haven't received a refund, please contact our customer service.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Obligations to process the return
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, hair cream products etc. are not covered by ZALONIA's return policy for hygiene reasons. These products can therefore not be returned and will not be processed.

Provide the return of a track and trace code (own costs)
Email on the day of shipment a picture of the track and trace code
- The return form should be printed out in the package.
- The product should be sent in unused condition.
- The product must be delivered in its original packaging.
- The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer, sending a damaged product by own fault will not be taken into consideration.

If the above requirements are not met, the return will not be processed.
